                                                                 General Info:

• For any location outside of Pocahontas, Maynard, or Walnut Ridge there will be a fuel charge of $25.

• If you schedule a shoot and then have to cancel, please let me know ASAP.

• There are no limits on how many outfit changes you make.

• If you want to bring a pet, that is ok by me! They are family too. I encourage you to bring anything you would like added in to the photo, for example, a favorite stuffed animal for your toddler, or other toy, book, etc. This helps keep kids focused and happy and lets me catch more natural, relaxed expressions. I can provide some props for certain shoots.

• Photos will be delivered via an online gallery that is private (the public can not see it and you are the only one who can download the photos after proofing)

• After the shoot, I will let you preview the photos on my camera and at that time if any did not turn out, we can try to re-do that shot. Once the shoot is over, I upload and check to see if they need any editing and I put them in your gallery and send you an email with the link. You will be able to preview the photos and then you pick which photos you want. Depending on the package, you may get 10-25 pictures. If you want to order prints from me, you will simply fill out the print order form that I will email you. I will send them off to the professional lab I use (not Wal-Mart) then make arrangements to meet up with you to give you your prints or mail them to you.

• If you choose not to order prints, you will have two weeks to download the chosen photos from your gallery. Those are yours to print, put on Facebook, whatever you choose to do with them, but after 14 days access to that gallery is shut off. 

• I highly encourage you to order prints through me. The lab I use produces much higher quality pictures than other labs and turn-around time is very quick. 

• The sitting fee must be paid at the time of the shoot. Once you decide on a package and have picked your photos, the remainder must be paid before photos are released. Payment can be made via Square or Cash App with any major credit card or debit card, or cash. 

By submitting the consent form below, you are giving me permission to use your photos for advertising on my website and acknowledges that I retain rights to any photo I take.
