About Me
When I was a teen, I had an old Polaroid camera, the kind you shake to develop the picture. From there, I worked up to my current camera which is a Canon T6 and I love it!
I recently finished an online course in photography to better understand composure, editing, what all those fancy buttons do on my camera, and more of the technical aspects to getting those perfect shots.
Usually my subjects are those found in nature and I love doing macro shots of those things nobody ever notices.
I am always on the hunt for a great photo and my camera is never very far.
What you may notice, is my photos are not heavily edited. This is because I think a photo should be authentic. It should be exactly what was shot, how it was shot. I will never understand photographers who completely change the background of a picture, or add elements that were never there.
I will adjust for correct exposure, saturation, white balance, etc, and if you want a blemish taken out of a portrait, no problem. I am also fond of a dark vignette (border) especially if you plan on framing a large print.
As a photographer I'm not good at telling people how they should pose or smile. I want it to be fun for everyone involved so I encourage them to just be relaxed and natural. I want you to get the best pictures that you want.
